- Sources and recruits candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screens candidate’s resumes and job applications
- Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assesses applicant’s values, relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboarding to accrediting new cyberbackers to become fully integrated
- Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promotes the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”
